I have never had gyno, nor the symptoms. Yesterday I felt a soreness and felt a little lump in my pec, but not under the nipple, its over to the side of the pec, almost near the armpit, can this still be gyno?

Could be that your lymphe nodes are enlarged. (Just a sign that your body is fighting something off).

Yup, likely lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph nodes) Check for enlarged/painful nodes in your other armpit, under your jaw bone and in your groin. Probably find some there and its just your body fighting an infection.

yes, dont worry about this bro, its just swollen lymph nodes. It happens quite often to me and actually happened last week. It should go down within a week, even a couple days. Let us know.
