I was arrested in tallahassee about a month ago for wreckless driving ( 'est charge ever)..well when i was arrested the cop didnt even read me my rights, searched me, took all my belongings...Well when i went to jail he was supposed to give all that shit to the people at intake. 24 hours later when i got out everything was there except my phone, which i believe he had kept. I walked back to a friends apt which was 6 miles away because i didnt have a phone but thats neither here nor there. Anyways i get a phone bill today and by the time i cancelled it someone had added all the premium features and made several phone calls. what the fuck? i hate cops.

it was really fucked man, who goes to jail for backing up and breaking a tail light? forreal...maybe cuz it was 2:30 in the morning? i called that scumbag cop for a few days after that and left several voicemails asking if he had my phone, fucker never called back
