WHAT THE F**k? Lost 5lbs after week 1 of cycle.

I've lost 5 pounds in my first week of my cycle of deca/test. Down from 210 to 205.

I've been eating well.......

Anybody had this similar problem. This is never happened to me in previous cycles.
 
I ran about 4 times for an hour during the last few days...maybe that's somewhat responsible....
 
Well duh! :)

Of course its running. Running is the most effective fat burning excersize there is. I use to run 20 miles a week and was so skinny. I weighed 170 lbs at 6'2".

I had no muscle to speak of, though.
 
What cardio would you recommend BigJohnson while I'm on my cycle.......
 
Ryan, your cycle hasn't even kicked in yet....give it a few weeks brother. It's the running.
 
Buck---would you lay off the running completely if I'm trying to put some mass on?

I do what to keep my bf down though.....thanx
 
Maybe you're turning Conservative or Libertarian and are not as full of shit as you used to be... although 5lbs seems like quite a sum of shit...

Just kidding. I don't know anything about gear. I'm sure BigJay81 will have a better answer for you after he flames me for not being helpful. =)

When I'm cutting I'll run 5 days a week, and sometimes play basketball at lunch too. I work-out in the evenings.

When I'm bulking, I run at the max 3 days a week (shorter runs, slower pace)...and work out in the evenings.
