I've always used 20 mg. at the onset of symptoms, but I have never used more than 500 mg/test a week, so 20 mg. works well for me.

I wouldnt use N-dex until symptoms start. N-dex greatly reduces I-gf1 levels. Arimidex is a much better choice as you can adjust the dosage to allow some estrogen to be produced, but not enough to cause gyno.

Like Lawnsaver said, get yourself some Arimidex/Liquidex. But have Nolvadex on hand in case you start getting symptoms. The dosage you will need is very user dependent and can vary. While some could get away with 10-20mg/ED others may need up to 60mg/ED. Just make sure to have enough on hand.
