i don't take easy ways out buddy...my diet straight for past year,
my training on point. my cardio nuts, almost every day 45 min, sometimes twice a day, for last year. coming off long cycle and i made excellent gains. no YES will not get much fat off a fat ass, but for 1that's already taken his diet, etc to upper limit, then yes, YES WILL definately aid in BF loss if used consistantly. i didn't notice much until i used it every day for about 4 or 5 weeks. that was about 2 years ago and i have only taken a few weeks of breaks. i know it works.
