Just curious as to what supplements everyone here is taking to help them out ?? My goal is to pack on more weight/muscle, I am 34yrs old 5'11", started program at 175lbs now 180lbs just 2 weeks into Omega's Phase1. Goal is to be 190lbs all muscle, no little belly or anything.
Anyways I am taking ONs Whey Protein, I have 1-24 gram scoop with my shake post workout, and at night time I have another 24 gram scoop added to Organic oatmeal with water.
Also right after working out I take 1 tablespoon of Creapure. And I take the standard vitamins, Organic multi-vitamin, and Fish oil pills.
Should I take anything else to help me pack on the muscle ??
