What supplements are necessary to cycle?

In preparation for my cycle I am about to order all my necessary supplements. I have been reading about all of the different supps people take during their cycles. I was just curious which ones you guys thought were absolutely necessary before you get started?

Mine were:

Creatine
Vitamin E & C
Protein
Silymarin
Ginger Root
ALA
Flax Seed Oil
 
I'd say:

- Protein/carb mix for postworkout
- Mix of different proteins
- Glutamine
- Multi-Vitamin
- Antioxidants
- ALA
- EFA's (Flax)


Creatine if you are using OX in your cycle

I would take the creatine after the cycle....that way you have a little some thing to fall back on
 
Creatine after the cycle? I take Creatine all year round. You really think it would be a BENEFIT to stop taking creatine during the cycle and then pick it back up after the cycle?
 
There is no benefit to stop using creatine while on a cycle but it is better for your body not to use it in a cycle as it puts lots of stress on your kidneys. Especially when your on a heavy cycle you need to take care of your kidneys. BTW, I use creatine with OX in light cycles and get good results, but then I cycle creatine (2 months ON, 1 month OFF) all year.
 
Interesting....I didn't realize Creatine puts a strain on the kidneys. Like I said, I take it all year round so I guess I never really thought about it's harmful side effects.
