What supplements are neccesary on a cycle?

I know your gonna need protien, BCAA, glutamine, but is creatine really neccesary? I mean all it does is put that extra water weight on you, which doesn't really help out with bloating?

I like to use Creatine in the forms of MCC and CEE

CEE has a High "peak and trough" meaning after ingestion it floods the system ( perfect for prewokout which is why Amplify02 has it in it.

RawMCC provides Mag+ Chelated Creatine which provides more "Torgue" and hardening and is absorbed by the body steadily ( or hydrolyzed gradually)

Also A nice Whey Isolate helps ALOT, its too hard sometimes get all you need form Solids.

but! Solids should always be primary source of protein ( dont forget lots of fiber with increases in protein intake)

Ok I was thinking of incorporating that stack into my cycle; however, what kind of impact does it have on gains made on cycle?

More cellular energy and muscle volumization, and the ability to train longer do to increase ATP stores

Which in turn would allow for more muscle growth and later on better gains than w/o correct?

This is what I take:

flax seed
fish oil
finasteride
calcium
gluc chon msm
multi
glutamine
ginger root
saw palmetto

During Cycle:
  • Multi-Vitamin
  • Whey Protein
  • Fish Oil
  • anything else you would like to add in for health benefits (I like a product called AI cycle support, it contains I wide Plethora of ingredients for health)
  • Sleep Aid (If your having sleep problems, valerian root is a good choice)

During Post Cycle:
Add in creatine with the above supplements

I don't know if this is all "needed" per se but I think it would be very helpful, atleast in my eyes.

assuming protein intake is high yes.

it would drive results further. Some argue that the evironement within the cell created by the creatines ( more hydration and energy substrates) in fact lead to a healthier cell hence more results

What does that do for you brother?

flax seed and fish oil- EFA's good fats and help w/ cholestoral
calcium-bones
gluc chon msm-joints
multi- no explanation needed
saw palmetto and finasteride- hair and prostate
ginger root- protien digestion
glutamine-muscles

Oh also if you experience joint problems then you might want to look into glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, and/or celdarin

actually now that I remember this theory is true. In 2-3 studies that I should try to find.

Creatine given to OBESE patients increased cellular energy to such an extent that it led to a markedly improvement in term of both physical activity ( which led to weight loss) and brain energy ( yes brain energy)
