what supplement for shedding/cutting....

Right now im doing 45min per day of intense cardio, followed by a 2 body part weight training regiment, (medium weight, medium to high reps). My goals being to shed about 5-8% of body fat (quick), without losing my prior gains with it...

right now: 5'8" 190lbs, @ about 18% bf.

Im taking protein @ 180grms per day, and l glutamine 30grms per day + multi vitamin regament, fax etc....my diet is pretty clean, with about 60/30/10, protein/carbs/fat (somewhere in that range)

I always seem to loose size in my arms while sheding, my bis&tris normally quite large, but by the time i can see my abs, my arms are like tooth pics! so my question is:

What is the best supp. for keeping muscle mass, while doing massive cardio, with a cutting regement and diet???

It sounds like you have all the proper supps already. My guess is that your cardio is too intense for your body type and, as a result, you are getting into a catabolic state.

Maybe add in some additional vitamin C pills, but it sounds like your workouts are too intense.

Are you weight training after your cardio? I know that would kill me if I did 45 mins of intense cardio and then weight trained. If it were me I would have that on seperate days and do 30 minutes of cardio max.

I saw better results from glutamine peptides (like gplenish) as opposed to l-glutamine, but even then I don't think the results were good enough to justify the price personally.

thanks for the response, yeah i do weight train (2 body part) after each day of cardio, but this is my "shed fast regiment", once my bf is where i want it for summer, i cut cardio to 30min 3xper wk, and then UP the weight training, and i usally explode! At that point im right where i wanna be 190 5'8" at like 8-10 bf, i look pretty damn big and cut for my size at those stats.....Im just trying to figure a way to keep every ounce of muscle getting to that bf. If i reduce the cardio, #1 it would take longer to loose the bf, and i would still prob loose some muscle, #2 basically just prolonging the enivitable right??

theres got to be something on the market for these goals.
