Before I go to the gym, even though I never work legs or back, I put on my super-duper Carrilo belt. To do this requires the help of two buddies. They yank the belt real-real tight so I get a 23" waist. This, combined with my Hanes wifebeater gives me a studly V-taper!

At 5'11, 240lbs ...I have a 34-36 waist, but I can only fit into pants that are 38-40. My quads and hams are very big.....in fact too big. This is what keeps me from wearing my right size.
I need to stop squatting so heavy.
