Go to a talyor and get them custom made. Does not cost that much more.
You pick the patteren, the sytle and everything.

Especially when you frequent Thailand and the Philippines!

The problem isn't the neck(I can squeeze into an 18.5), it's the damned billowing, even with an athletic cut the shirt billows at the waist. I have to get tailored shirts.

you buy the shirt to fit your neck/arms, then you have it taken in so it won't billow. You don't like the pirate look??? Aaaarrgghhh!
