SuperTech 69, what was your training and diet like! I don't care what I have to do to cut, I just don't wanna waste my time with a routine or a diet thats wrong.
Well I kept the same training routine just tried to minimize breaks between sets & threw in 20 min of cardio 3 or 4 times a week. I was taking 2 xenadrine w/1 325mg aspirin 3x a day. I dropped my calories down to around 4500 w/about 75 carbs daily doing a carb up w/an additional 50 - 75 carbs about every 4 days. I was also running winnie at 40mg ED for the last 4 weeks.
Jesus christ DONT DO DRUGS when you're trying to lean out - you'll use them as a crutch instead of learning willpower.
DIET AND CARDIO IS ALL YOU NEED. ECA is okay - but you absolutely need to avoid T3, DNP and clenbuterol because they are not good for your long term health.
