wHAT SHOULD i USE TO CUT BODYFAT?

I had mine tested as I do after every cycle, I hit 270 in body weight but still was at 21%. My goal for the next 12 weeks is a hardcore diet....and want to hit 15%.

I'm looking at clen, and diet, along with t-3.

But starting with the diet.
 
Well, everyone knows what i like.....DNP.
If your willing to take the risk and read up on it aLOT.....its the best fat burner in existance IMO....
Your a big fuck too.
 
I was tested at 22% 3 months ago. So I'm guessing I'm around 20%. I know its about diet and more cardio. I've had a lil success with winny ie more cuts. New to juice so I was curious to if there was anyway to cheat the cardio part. But thanks for your feedback
 
fina/winny, t3/clen & ECA rotation

clean up diet... eliminate large amounts of starchy carbs and unescaserry fat, EFA's only. cut out carbs after 6pm.

add in cardio in last few weeks of cutting
if nescaserry.
 
I'm in the same boat, not sure about the bf %. I'm 6'0" 275lbs. I can handle the weight, and everyone tells me that they don't believe what I weigh. Maybe their being nice. At any rate, started doing a slow jog to get my joints ready for the running part of the cardio. Man it sucks. But cardio is the key.
 
I'm getting ready to start a T3/Clen stack. From all of my research I think that is the way to go. I too have always had an easy time packing on the muscle, however the fat came and stayed as well. I'm 25, 225, and sitting at 18%bf. I am confident that T3/Clen and a shitload of cardio will get me down around 10%. My 2 cents...
