What should I expect. (cell-tech)

Noobie to supplements but not to lifting.

I just purchased the 4lb container of Cell-Tech and am very pumped to start using it. Current stats are roughtly 6'0, 170lbs.

I am now a Freshman in college and i have been lifting on and off since i was a freshman in highschool.

I just cant seem to get the gains like the rest of the kids.

My current plans are to hit the gym 4-5x a week, while taking the cell tech.

I have heard the for and against loading, so i was thinking of loading for maybe 2 days, then going with 5g an hour before work out and 5g immediately after.

What should i expect for my body size, using this method. As far as diet...i really just kinda eat whatever, sounds bad but its reality, im a college student. meaning lots of easy mac, and sandwiches.

Any tips for a first time cell-tech user??

Welcome to the forum. Not to jump on the anti muscletech bandwagon right off the bat but having tried most of their products myself I think you should have gone a different way other than Celltech. Not that it’s a bad product, it’s just that it’s overpriced for what’s in it. Celltech is basically sugar and creatine. I would load for 4-5 days and then use once in the morning and then immediately after your work out, mix it in the locker room or what ever you have to do. If you change your diet though you would probably get more gains from that then you would with the Celltech. Mac and cheese is about 50 cents to a dollar a box? You can usually pick up canned tuna for about .75-1.00. Put that on some whole wheat and you’ve got a way better meal. Especially if you stay away from Mucletech products you can save yourself enough cash to buy some whey and eat better foods. That combined with your training schedule should be enough to keep your gains building.

sounds fair enough to me.

main reason i just grabbed a box of celltech is cuz i knew it worked and i knew it work well.

i dont know enough about ALL the supplement to really decipher which is a better price.

I am not too keen on the loadin phase, as i would like the container to last more than like a month or so........so i think i might just do what seems to be most popular, and take it in the morning and directly after my workout.

after this container is gone, hopefully ill have some good advice on cheaper things to buy.

I definitely agree...CellTech has 75g of sugar per serving. You're better off going with a Creatine Ethyl Ester product which will cause less bloating & has better absorption. Such as the AF Store product...PureCEE:

The sugars in cell-tech (dextrose) are geared to aid in absorbtion. I'm not a muscle-tech fan myself, but for this particular case, it might work for him. Using a creatine ethyl ester would be a good option too, however, we dont know his goals, he may just want to put on weight, in which cell-tech would be better. Youre just thinking of 75g of simple sugars, the dextrose is going to help as a transport for the creatine, and spike insulin post workout, both beneficial.
