I am trying to get my diet right, to lose a bit of fat. I am trying to reach a calorie intake of 1500. I have only been working at it going on 2 weeks so I am still trying to figure it out. I have some obstacles that I am trying to work out to get my diet right.
The problem I am having is the end of the day there are times when I haven't had enough protein and calories for the day.
What would you eat if you needed to come up with 300 cal and 60 grams of protein before bed?
A problem that I have is that I am gluten and lactose intolerant and whatever is in whey protein doesn't agree with me either. Just one serving blows up my stomach and gives me volatile gas.
lol Should I use soy protein?
My best guess was peanut butter. I figured I would get my calories for the day and cut my losses on the protein and try again the next day. I don't know...
