What should I do ??

I'm 37 years old,weight 260 pounds, 5 ft 11 inches tall.I would like to know what's the best cycle I should take now,are is it better I lose weight before starting anything ?
 
Have you ever done a cycle? How long have you been training? What is your diet like? All this info will help the good bro's around here to help you.
 
Yeah I would work on diet and cardio so when you do spend your money you will get the most out of it. Nothing worse than dropping some money on some juice and just not looking like yo should in the end...
 
i agree 100% with the above...get your bf % down so that you don't run into any problems, plus you won't get the results that you want.
 
OP, at your height and weight, either you are already almost built like a shit-brick-house, or you are carry around some extra weight. I agree with the others. Get you cardiovascular system and diet in check. Maybe it is, not sure if you do a lot a cardio already. Being ready for a cycle is just as important as doing one, if not more.
 
diet down. make sure you diets right. aas isnt a magical thang unless you put in the hard work and get you diet in check
 
diet and cardio. You can she dlbs fast if you eat right, do cardio and follow a strong exercise routine. Limit your self to 40% protein 30% carbs and 30 % fat.
 
Thanks for all of the info. I'm just getting my diet on track and doing 20 min cardio after every weight training session.I'm starting a weight training program where I'll do mostly supersets and 40 min cardio on none weight training days.And this is 4-5 days a week,and no never tried anything ever. Thanks again!!!
