i would throw away what the doc gave you.

the poison ivy will go away without that crap. but that is just my opinion.

i have a very bad case of poison ivy. the doc said it will be about 3 weeks before it heels. im not able to go to the gym untill its better. my question is, should i stop using test (cyp) untill im able to hit the gym again or should i keep my cycle going? ( im about half way thru a cycle of test ) also, the doctor gave me "MethylPREDNISolone" ( an oral steoid ) to fight away the poison ivy. Is that somthing that i shouldnt take with the test? any info from anybody is appreciated. thanks.

Short of my dick falling off, I wouldn't miss the gym... Depending on where the ivy rash is, I would just cover it up and wipe everything down after your done using a piticular bench of what have you.

I have had poison ivy before, just put cream on there and deal with it. dont take what the doc gave you, all that will do is shut off your bodies defenses so that you dont itch with horrible sides..

short of having a 102+ fever or blowing blood/mucus every 5 seconds i wouldn't miss the gym.

up to you man.. that is a personal decision. if you cant go to the gym you can surely work out from home. do some pushups, pullups. wall exercises etc.

I would drop to 200mg wk until you can get going again,that's just me.
