Dude I told you in this thread, or another one just like it..lol..that you are not listening and seems like you need someone to kinda hold your hand and walk you thru this. PM Needtoo i think he does that for people for a fee...he is like your cycle coach...i dont think itcost that much...and hell we all might even pitch in if you quit posting about winny everyday...lol

Hey Buff i think i know who this is... about a week ago there was a kid who was 16 asking about the same gear....Needtoo and i spend a few replies trying and basically begging him not to do it ..that he was to you. HIs avatar had a young kid in soccar gear. Needtoo told him to stick to the diet forums. Dont know if that helps or not.
