What Should I do

Hello guys, right now I am in a position where i don't know what to do. MY previous cycles are only one. Test E and Eq. Currently my body is in between chubby and lean. I don't know whether to cut or bulk. How can I decide this, what cycles would you recommend? Someone help me out! I guess my bodyfat to be somewhere around 17 percent. I am going to try to take a picture in a few hours.

also, you can cut on any compounds, deca and dbol was arnolds arsonal
just bust your ass with cardio and clean constant eating/more like snacking
 
The thing is i have always wanted to see my abs. My stats are this 5 foot 11 17% Bf 25 yrs old and 170 pounds weight. Currently you can tell i workout but i still look flabby i just dont know whether to bulk or cut. Someone help
 
you could put 30-40lb on natty. b/c your net muscle is low.

you need to lift like a madman, perfect your diet, and do cardio + cardio heat or lipoflame.

skip the gear until you are around 12% and 200+

5-11 170 and 17%????? Thats crazy have you had your bf checked or is this just a guess? With those stats, if you get any exercise at all, I can't see how you could be over 10%.
 
Well, I use to be obese at 28% and diet and exercise has gotten me to 17 percent. I will do a strict diet plus cardio and get to like 10% then do a cycle. A nice bulk cycle. I was losing bodyfat like a madman before but now i have hit a plateu my body will not lose another pound of fat that is lol. I belive my diet will be slightly below BMR Cardio like a madman and high protein low carbs low fat. Something like that. Any recommendations for when i get to 10 for a cycle? Test Eq? maybe? something else?

I always say cut down the fat first. Adding more fat always makes it harder in the end.
 
Thanks guys thats what I am doing, I know by the end of this natty cut i will look like a skinny queer but thats why all these amazing member at EF will be here to help me for my bulk cycle. When it comes!

I think you need to be 200lb <15% BF then cycle.. At your weight that tells me you havn't been training seriously for long enough time.

Train hard
Eat seriously
