Alright I am 21 about 6.1 and weigh around 150lbs on a good day lol. i try to work out every other day for about two hours working only on specific areas i.e day one upper body, 2nd day stomach and lower back, 3day legs and sometimes cardio vascular on the 4th. My diet looks like this most of the time i eat about 6eggs with a bagel a yogurt in the morning wit a glass of milk and oj...for lunch i have chicken breasts or some sort of deli meat sandwiches in between those i drink a protein shake thn eat beef or some sort of seafood at night and have another protein shake beforre i go to sleep. So ive never really been able to gain any weight cuz i have really high metabolism like its abnormal. Im goin away to college in january so i wanted to def get bigger and wanted to add some russian dbizzles combin it wit some winstrizzle to my work out routine. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Eat more food. You need to determine what your caloric maintenance level is, and then eat above that level. It sounds like your approach to training needs a complete overhaul, too. Check out the beginner training program on Jay Cutler's site:

thank you that is very helpful. But as i said may b im not doing all those things in exact way it is described in this tutorial but close to it and my nutrition is close to that as well. i just cant gain any weight at all. ive done a lot of tests and even checked out my thyroid. My doctor said tht i am still growing and that even though i eat a lot he doesnt think my metabolism will get to normal level until i turn around 25

Even with a crazy metabolism, you still have a maintenance level - it's just much higher than most. Track the nutrients you eat. You may not be getting the calories you think you are, or you may not be hitting a consistent number every day. Check out this site:

This program allows you to track your daily intake. This will help you determine your maintenance level, and you can track your weight progress in relation to your diet.

steroids increase protien synthesis if your calories and protien intake is to low no amount of steroids are going to work .You should treat eating as if it were your job.I have not seen you count calories do us a favor take a note pad with you every day for the next week and write down everything you eat on a daily account .
example
monday= 6eggs bagles,whey protien shake, deli sandwich,milk chicken.
tuesday -sunday write it all down

then go back and find out calories and amounts or protien per servings that you ate that day.

I bet you prob wont even get close to 3000 calories .3000 calories is 500 calories 6 times a day.To ass to it find out how much protien was in everything you ate.You will prob find that your way under 300 grams a day

its all a numbers game.you eat untill your body starts making gains ether muscle or fat.Even if you have to eat 6000 calories a day its does not matter that just what you have to do.

my guess is that 6 months at 3000 calories a daywith atleast 1200 calories from protien or 300 grams of protien.you will see gains .if you start to get fat cut back on calories if your still not gaining fast enough add more calories.

you body is like a car. a car it needs gas,oil,water your body mainly runs on protien,carbs,fats. give it what it needs it will take you where you want to go if you dont maintain it correct its broken and not running correct
