the way i see it, you wouldnt have feelings and urges if they were bad.

one may think these urges are tests of god, or put there by the devil, but in the true grand scheme of things, the devil, and god, work together.

god is the creator, and he is incapable of error. nothing he put in existance is incorrect.

if you feel abstaining, and going against impulses and urges brings you closer to god, then more power to you, but i personally feel that as an all powerful creator, god is also an allpowerful understander, and gives you feelings for a reason.

i feel making the most out of your life, is being as happy and comfortable as possible without taking away from the happyness and comfort of those around you-

and a good person, is one, who in his conquests of selfpleasure, also bring pleasuire and contentedness to the lives of others around them
