what should i do post gyno

whats up bros i am doing a 600mg sust/wk and 600mg eq/wk cycle
i started noticing gyno and am now treating it
my question is should i continue with this cycle or should i cut the test to 300/wk or maybe even get rid of the sust?
i only have 300mg of nolva on hand so taking 20mg eod after the gyno dissipitates is not an option
to be safe should i cut out the test???
