what should i do for my first cycle

im kinda new here so if i shouldn't be asking this im sry

i'v never done steroids before i have been working out every day for like the past 2 months. what should i take for my first time. im just trying to gain some weight and become more defined. is there anything else that i should be taking or doing y im on it. any help would be appreciated.
 
i know i don't know much i have been reading a lot in the past few week. i got a few friends who do them but i don't trust what they say they are not to smart they just said i should do what there doing(dball and test). i just want some help wit what i should do. i know i got a lot to learn and im willing to. i want to do this the right way that y im asking i don't need to do this and fuck my my body up bc i didn't know what i was doing. im asking for help bc i wan do it right and if u guys r going to bitch at me bc im dumb then fine if its going to help me in the long run.
 
Well.....Stop lifting everyday and you should grow like you're on juice, as long as your eating (Which I doubt you are) :chomp:

Get your diet and training in check first, and build a solid natural foundatoin. For a first timer I think 200 mg of test ena/cyp a week stacked with 200 mg of eq or 200 mg a deca a week for 10-12 weeks is perfect.

Post stats bro...weight, age, bf%.....no one can help you if they don't know you...stats, training history and current regimen...how many calories do you eat a day...split up into proteins, carbs and fats....this is a serious business bro so my advice is to take it seriously.....I'm not jumping to conclusions, but just reading between the lines, you seem young!!
 
been lifting for 2 months huh? you will gain good natural mass if you keep training and eating right...oh yeah, your muscles grow when they are resting so you might want to think about working out everyday....let them recover before you lift...usually takes 72 hours to completely recover naturally
