I have a Senior school powerlifting competiton soon. Any one can offer me any advice, with respect to preparation and tapering down? Like should I do any training at all 1 week before the meet? What kinds of training should I do during the tapering down. I don't want to be losing strength by not training, but I also don't want to overtrain until I can't do well on the day itself. And when should I test my 1 Rep maxes?
