What should I do about my abs?

This post is also in the between the sheets forum, but this is more or less a training question as well so posting it here also.

A month ago, I was diong my abs almsot every day, since I've been cutting. However for the last few weeks, I've been having sex for an hour or two every day, and having problems with my lower abs cramping during sex almost daily now. I've stopped training my abs, because they seem to be gettign over worked during sex.

Anyone have any recomendations on what to do about this? Is there something I can do to help my abs recover from this, besides cutting back on the sex, which I do not wish to do?

my abs cramp up all the time. it hurts like HELL and all i can do is throw myself onto my back and lie flat till it subsides.
i cut down to doing abs every 3 days or so and that's helped.
you drinking enough water?
 
NO, I've stopped training them completely about 3 or 4 weeks ago. They are cramping too much while I'm having sex. It has gotten bad again in the last 2 days. This morning, we had to stop for a minute because I was cramping.

Sugarplum, I'm not gettting enough water right now, I relized that yesterday. This could be part of the problem.
 
My quads cramp up fairly often during sex and I have to stop for a minute, it sucks. Dunno what to tell you about your abs though. Lie on your back and let her do the work for awhile ;)

that is usually my problem when i get muscle cramps like that. i notice that when they start, i'm more prone to them every time i'm in a funny position (like fixing my heel or curled up on the couch) for a few weeks.
i don't work my abs for very long- every few days i do decline crunches with a 25-45lb dumbell on my chest.
 
for gods sake stop jerking off every day and youll be fine lol

personally i dont think you need to work abs every day..once or twice per week and youll be fine..although i dont have a six pack my abs are hard as rock heavy rope crunches and roman chair sit ups..i keep my reps around 10 and when i can get more than 10 i add more weight..simple as that..personally i would cut back my ab training and have more sex lol

I do cable crunches with the tricep pushdown rope, but how do you do them heavy???? I do sets of 50-80 reps with the entire stack.

same way but i pin plates to the stack..well you must have a lot stronger abs then me i get 225 for 5x8-10
