This post is also in the between the sheets forum, but this is more or less a training question as well so posting it here also.
A month ago, I was diong my abs almsot every day, since I've been cutting. However for the last few weeks, I've been having sex for an hour or two every day, and having problems with my lower abs cramping during sex almost daily now. I've stopped training my abs, because they seem to be gettign over worked during sex.
Anyone have any recomendations on what to do about this? Is there something I can do to help my abs recover from this, besides cutting back on the sex, which I do not wish to do?
