What should I buy??

I have no idea what I should be taking.I have to appologize in advance,because I dont know alot about supplements.Right now the only thing I take is HDT Solid gains(finished cycling creatine about a month ago),but thats about gone,and Id like to get a lower priced protein,along with something(s??)else.
I am 20,and took 1-ad when I was 19,but was told that I should wait until Im older to take it again.I broke out alot on my arms and back while I was taking it,which sucked,but I did make some decent gains.Was thinking of taking it again,but was reading the post below,about how the side effects,are greater than the reults,and I really dont want to risk anything,so Im lost on what I should take.
Any input would be much appreciated.What I should take,and what brands you think are worth using.I try hard to eat alot,but even then,feel like something is missing(or maybe Im just impatient lol)If it helps...I compete in strongman,so strength is my main focus,but it wouldnt hurt to gain some more size.

sounds like your goals are to get strong, and put on some mass

in that case

I would recommend the following

Creatine --- (increased strength)

Glutamine Peptides ---- (increased recovery, and accumulation of muscle mass)

R-ala ---- (good for keeping you lean while eating high carb meals)

Thank you!I usually post on the training board,but would like to check things out in here more often,to try to learn a little more.Would it be ok to take creatine every day like protein,or should I continue to cycle it for best results.I havent heard of R-ala ,but Ill look it up.Thanks again...I really appreciate the help!!

if your going to take it every day but are looking to "cycle it"

just take it post workout with the shake I mentioned above.

when your just maintaining things

however when you have a goal mind in your training take it two three times a day to take it up a notch
