you might think the stars still look like pussies in the movies... but look at the time it took to rapidly increase their lean mass... they go from zero to something in like a month... when they do a movie they are ripped and cut, when they ain't they look like absolute shit.... They doing something right.... and lately a lot of these movie stars have been using computer-enhanced physiques in their movies...
