What really happens after you get busted for AAS??

You hear about all the busts going down lately but you never hear what the outcome is? I mean what kind of time are you really looking at for being caught in possession of AAS? It's a scheduled III controlled substance but wat does that translate to in terms of time?

Depends what else you are caught with, like charges if you used fake ID to get a PO BOX are added.

this is a very hard question to answer. it all depends what the reasons were and the amounts are. i know when my brother got busted years ago he was charged per mg, not amount of bottles or pills but all the mg's together. he got 3 years and served 1.5 years. they told him it was like being busted with meth or coke. guys who get greedy get busted or guys who get cought up in other drugs, that god my bro never did. for him it was just greed.

That sounds like a distribution charge. What about simple possession of a personal supply?

i beleive possesion can have different can have different punishments as well. criminal history, location and even age probably can effect the punishment. the city where i am by if you got cought they would probably just take it from you and give you a big ass fine. other places may slap a couple years on you. also depends on how much you have. i remember a guy on here said a buddy of his got caught with 30 dbol and they charged him with intent to distribute.........go figure. the judge will make the call i guess

For simple possesion without a prior record....
most likely probation and it will be a state charge not federal...just make sure-guys that are busted-to get your lawyers to consult with Rick Collins
