I've personally tried an eca stack a while back and got good results from it... The only thing is I had modified the raTIO of ur regular (ones mentionned in most mags) eca stack.. Some guy had mentionned that the ratio given in mags is the use for average sized ppl but lighter or heavier ppl should modify it to their needs..Made sense then so I did as he said but have forgotten the ratio he had given me.. So two part question here.. 1 What ratio for eca stack should I be using (weighing in at 235-237 at 19% body fat) and 2 has anyone gotten better results from tailoring or upping their eca stack?
