I am just wondering what vitamins or products should I look into buying for healthy growth for my body and joints and strength gains?

#1 Food & A Gym Membership - you can get by on just this stuff... food will grow u if u eat enough.. you don't NEED any supps.

After that...

A multivitamin, Whey protein & CEE
are the most the best, most effective things to supplement your diet with.

From there is becomes a mess of things that are often overpriced, are goal dependent and may or may not be effective for each individual.
 
Gotcha -- ya I already have the food and gym membership, lol -- and I have muscle milk and MM pudding -- I am on my way to refill on a multi-vitamin -- I just know there are tons of other things out there like glutamine that I have heard other people taking -- didnt know the ups and downs to them, thanks..
 
CEE seems to work much better for me than mono, less bloating and stomach unsettlement.

Anyways, I get my protein and such from ProteinFactory, quick shipping and seems to be working well to get me to where I need to be in my diet.

Anways, looks like you have the basics covered. Make sure you have EFAs in your diet, if not, pick up some flax seed caps. :-)
