what pr are you going to set this weekend

Sunday, box squat 1 rm. Probably some accessory lifts too.
 
Probably no PR's...unless I pick up the 365 farmers.

I'm trying to set myself to set some PR's next month.

I'll do GMs for the first time, so I can't help but set PRs.

bar x 10 ---> PR
95x6 ---> new PR
115x6 ---> new PR
135x6 ---> new PR

and we'll see from there.

I did this, plus a last set of 155x3. No need to overdo it on my first time. :D

I hope my form remained good, but I can't be sure. All I focused was arching my lower back, holding my breath on the way down (this helped on the heavier sets), looking straight ahead or slightly up, and bringing my back down to parallel. My hammies aren't that flexible, so my knees were rather bent (especially at the bottom of the movement).
 
Since its Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, ill be trying to set a new PR on pounds of turkey in one sitting.

And i cant forget to attempt a new PR on number of pumpkin pies as well.
 
good luck w/ that little wing. gonna need pics/vids though :)

im going to set a very simple PR. eat more food tomorrow than i have been the last couple days (the whole wisdom tooth deal)

well i hit 2 today.

1 rep max lox box squat - 385 - 20lb pr.

and a st leg deadlift 3 rep max - 385 - 20lb pr.

time to eat......

Training progress is a bit slow....to say the least! haha So Im gonna try to shit my pants three times in one day, that would be a PR...Wish me luck
