What place is best to call for browser/pc problems?

WTF, Netscape just closes when I try to open Paypal acct. activity. Anyone know what the best place would be to call for shit like this? I also have a bunch of bogus "shortcut" icons on my desktop that won't go away even after I close them in Task Manager; they just keep coming back. It's something called "MagsObj.exe" I've run Spybot and AdAware yesterday and today but they're not catching it.

I know this has something to do with Microsoft's greedy asses.

Any help's much appreciated,

Thanks.

Try running a virus search. Do you know where the shortcuts target is? (right click icon and go to properties.) Deleting its target might get rid of it. Also check Add/Remove programs of things that you may not know what they are or don't use. There may be some underlying programs running that were associated with freeware programs and are not showing as spyware.

Or put a post on one of these message boards.
