What other advantages does good exerciser have?

I don’t have sufficient time for daily exercises. Indeed I need to lose my over weight. Can anybody suggest me
What kind of tool should be used by me.
 
a diet. all u need is a diet and a strong will to succeed

goto the diet thread and tell them your story/stats/goals and im sure you will get some useful information
 
diet is the main thing.. cut your fat and carbs.. get in the habit of scrutinizing food labels

you don't have 30 minutes in a day to run/jog/walk?
