What Motivates You?

I think the best motivational speech was when my football/wrestling coach told me that my opponent was devoting his time to perfection and asked what was I willing to do to defeat him.

Simple answer. When i really want something...that want is all I need for motivation. I get this drive when i set my sights on something, and there's usually very little that can deter me.
