No it's not controlled, but in some states possessing an unapproved drug has penalties rivaling possessing a controlled drug.

Genaar3 is right on the money here. The fact something is not scheduled certainly does not mean it cannot present legal challenges. There are unapproved drug and dangerous drug laws at both the federal and state levels. To Genaar3's point I will use Ohio as an example. In Ohio possession of AAS in less than the bulk amount ( this is defined as less than 200 tabs, 16ml or 16gms I believe would have to look up again for sure) and a first offense nets you a misdemeanor ..........by comparison possesion of an unapproved drug can net you a 4th degree felony.

Im from the southern tip of texas and i get my clen from mexico. The customs people dont give me much trouble, they just do a search for roids then send me on my way. Everybody wins IMO.

I know albuterol inhalers have a small amount of ether in them..thats not a good thing..

I actually have a prescription for Albuterol. I used to have to use it when I was younger because allergies would damn near kill me. A couple of puffs off of it makes my pulse instantly increase and makes me a bit jitery and shaky for about 10-15min. I've never took Clen but I bet the effects are somewhat similar.

I use it for asthma once in awhile. It works well for me if I take small dose

If clen is not controlled then what about T3? Sorry if this is off subject... I've looked for the FDA list of controlled substances but I can't seem to find it.

T3 is not listed as a controlled substance.
