I feel that America is great because we can all walk to the grocery store without fear of stepping on a landmine. We can raise our children with the knowledge that they have a better chance of growing up and living successfully compared to anywhere else. I love this country because it is diverse and beautiful. I'm proud to be an American because we may have a lot of problems but those come from all the wonderful things that we have as well.

America is great because we have radical, thought provoking people such as Strongchick that refuse to rollover and play dead in the face of adversity. As much as anyone wants to call her an anti-american, she is the perfect example of an American. I am proud to have her part of my country.
