I have tried 100's of protein powders the past 14 years-I am using whey from supplement direct right now (33 lbs for 89.99)-great price but I think that's whats making me shit so much-I didn't use any yesterday and only shit twice--anyone taking any protein that's easy on the stomach?

I use... whatever is cheap.

Currently I have ProComplex by ON, it tastes like a milkshake.

Just get some Fiber Tablets(find them at any health food store), they will 'even you out.'

There is a local wholesaler I go to. I usually pick up generic egg-white protein and whey.

Designer whey is pretty easy on the stomach, but it's a bit pricey.

Beverly International is probably the best. But if you want a good everyday protein powder thats cheap but high-quality, try milk protein isolate from trueprotein.com. Its $6.79/lb. It doesn't sounds fancy but its really a high-quality blend of undenatured casein and whey. Wouldn't want to use it for a PWO shake though.

I use problend 55 before bed and muscle milk any other time. Both are by cytosport.
