What kind of music do you listen to when you work out?

I prefer no music at all. I find that headphones are very cumbersome, and I sweat so much that it becomes uncomfortable too.

If I could choose the music they play at the gym it would be modern (1995-2000) hard rock, European Trance/Techno, and Punk rock.

The damn fuckers that work there always have it on the fucking pop station, only advatage to having to hear those damn boy bands when lifting is that it puts me into a rage, my pref is hard rock/metal

Classic rock is by far my favorite. Especially Ozzy Osbourne, Ac/dc, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith. "TNT," "Rock and roll aint noise pollution," "back in black," "whole lotta rosie," those are soem great ac/dc songs. Oh yeah and "hells bells," "highway to hell."

Only music I like is classic rock (Floyd is my fav) and hard rock/metal, metal is the best to workout with though, some Zep songs are good for it, but its just not as intense

It's all about Jungle/DrumNBass for me in the walkman.

I dont listen to anything, I'm too concentrated on torturing myself as much as possible to care about what I listen to. They play the same old stuff at my gym anyway, I dont hear it anymore.

On the way to the gym I do crank up some hard house tho, sometimes some grunge/metal aswell.

I like to feel pissed off when I get in the gym, so if someones done something that really irritated me in the day, I focus more on that than music; and use them as a point for power!!!

Grrrrr

Hard house, trance, techno.
I can listen to what i want as loud as i want as i train in the gym where i work before it opens.

Metallica..all the way...i gotta listen to music so i dont have to listen ot all the silly sounds i make while im lifting :)

THE NORWEGIAN FREIGHT TRAIN

"Pain, is just weakness leaving your body"

"...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica

"After this show i'll be fat and happy again.....If i make it to the show...." - Lee Priest

"Lets put some weight on the bar.." - Shawn Ray

"IT DOESN'T MATTER" - The Rock

"Intensity builds immensity" - Kevin Levrone

I also like to listen to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble when I lift. I love my blues music! :) God bless Stevie Ray Vaughan's soul! :)

I'm a bitch! So what! Deal with it! How long did it take for you to figure that out?

Santana rocks too! His latest CD is great to do cardio too. :)
