what jobs w/ 4 year exercise science degree?

what jobs can you get with a 4 year exercise science degree? Im not looking to be a personal trainer, I would like to do physiology w/ nutrition. Any advice/knowledge? thanks

This is the smartest question to ask. Most people who get a degree in the fitness industry are doing so because they have a geniune interest but they really don't know what they're going to do after they get it!! To answer your question: PT, Cardio Specialist, Rehap Assistant, or fitness club manager. Can anyone think of any others?

those do not sound very good...especially for a 4 year degree. A rehab assistant? Why not the rehab specialist? A fitness club manager sounds alright...how much do they make?

Thanks for your response, I may just do biology or biochemistry, although chemistry is just phreakin' hard sometimes.

Hey Draxxius! Rehab specialist jobs usually go to athletic trainers or physical therapists. My advice.... what ever you do... stay away from chemistry... way to much work for very few opportunities.

4 year degrees get you nothing. I know a ton of kinesiology majors that don't get anywhere with a 4 year degree. you gotta go for athletic trainer(AT) or something higher and more specialized to get any sort of higher level jobs, otherwise you are a personal trainer with book experience.

I'm currently doing excercise science and nutrtion masters degree, trying to get into being a trainer and nutritionist for a sports team
