just wonder who has the most trouble with what??
I think mine is my delts.. they get bigger but never rounded like i would like..
I have to make us special exercises to target them.. most of the blood goes to my traps... so I have to keep my shoulders pulled down... when doing shoulder movements... they are tough little f*ckers to work..
