just wonder who has the most trouble with what??

I think mine is my delts.. they get bigger but never rounded like i would like..
I have to make us special exercises to target them.. most of the blood goes to my traps... so I have to keep my shoulders pulled down... when doing shoulder movements... they are tough little f*ckers to work..
 
Biceps at the moment. I really focused hard on my chest, back and tris this last go around(I go two months at a time with one week break). Gonna hit bis hard this time along with back again, but keeping chest and tris twice a week.
 
My Bis are my "genetic" weakness. Finally got them to 17" and still NO peak.






They insert near the elbow though :rolleyes:
 
My dick? It's fucking bent and only 6.5".

Other than that, my upper chest.

Now can you tell me what I can do for these problems?

Legs....I have frikking tree trunk legs and ass, and while at 5'10 I'm not totally squat, I really wish I had chicken legs. Pants dont fit me right above the knee. :evil:
 
I put legs... I don't think most people on this board consider them a "real" body part that needs serious attention though... (never see them in anyones pictures for the most part)
 
FOREARMS/LOWER BACK thickness...

I guess that I'm lucky that the two worst bodyparts are not on the list above.

Means that they must matter least to others.
 
My quads are really hard to grow. they get real strong, but don't seem to get the growth I want. It runs in my family (bad genetics) and I never seem to be satisfied with the gut either.
 
i figured more people would have trouble with there lats..
maybe they are just not as worried about them..
 
I hate but hate my bi's I blame it on genetics!!! I have no peak even though my arms are 19 inches. And just like some dude mentioned here legs are a bitch I have big quads and ass waist is about 34 inches and is hard but hard ass hell to try to fit in to some phat looking jeans or pants!! besides that ,I'm happy and well Gut but you can always diet down

Same here; my legs need work as well, despite them having great strength, I lack the quads/calf to match my upper body

stomach, and traps.

If I could lose fat on my stomach I would be happy with my body, for a little while at least...
 
My worst is hands down legs. I recovered from a broken bon in my foot. It was pretty nasty break couldn't walk, not even walking boot for over two months. Memory is bringing her back now but not there jet, when cast came off it looked like a 12 year olds leg it was sad. When that's normal again, maybe arms I'm pretty long armed
 
My calves. I have VERY strong calves, BUT, I just don't have the genetics to have large calves. YOu name it, i've tried it. I work them twice a week now, that seems to work the best. I used to train them 3X a week, but it didn't matter.
