these refeeds once a week work excellent i would say im either at 7 percent or less body fat, i have six pack and vasuclar arms at 18 inch arms all natural. i would like to hear everyones refeed strategy and how its working for them. throught the week i get about 210 grams of protien 50 fats and 0 carbs. some days more fats and somedays more protien. at a lean bodyweight of 223. and then on every sunday i eat about 1000 grams of carbs and 70-100 fats and about 160 protien. carbs mostly consisting of non sugary cereal but i dump tons of dextrose on my cereal, because sugar has too much fruictose which is not needed so dextrose is my substitute and tastes better. on mondays to ensure my refeeds dont flow into a two day refeed i take about 4 xenadrine to reduce appetite and lots of unsweet tea and eat alot of spinach to deplete some of the water so i wont look so bloated the next day and tons of water. xendadrine and lots of water are perfect for me following a refeed it helps me get back on my keto diet for the week but i only use the xenadrine one day a week on that monday for appetite control. i am ripped and i would like to hear how other people doing there refeeds. im actually considering maybe doing 2 refeeds during the week just for experimentation sinse i have low body fat
