What is your oatmeal recipe?

tried today for the first time with plain water it was impossible to eat it, anyone have any interesting recipes etc >?

microwave it with water, after done mix in a scoop of chocolate protein and some peanut butter...its great
 
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oats
1 pack splenda
big pinch of slivered almonds
cook in microwave for 2min 30seconds
stir, put in 1 tblspoon of honey
cook in microwave for 30 seconds..

it's what dreams are made of..

i also add some raisins at the 30 second mark.
 
My wife is Chinese, so I get it plain, with no sugar or splenda yuk,


But she makes it will milk, not water, don’t know if it’s better, but I love oat meal.
 
1 cup oats
2packs splenda
16oz water or skim
blenderize and chug

Not very interesting but quick easy and does the job.
 
1/2c oatmeal (quaker quick oats)
enough water to make it pretty wet. swirl spoon in it, it should be like a kinda thick soup consistancy
1 pack of spenda or nutrasweet
sprinkle w/ cinnamon
if u want, alittle raisins, not if dieting though.
heat 45sec-1 min, mix, repeat.

for my son, i replace the water w/ milk, i also replace spenda w/ about 1t sugar. i crush 1/2 bananna in w/ a fork before heating. this is real tasty but not if u are dieting.
 
i just put it in my mouth, drink a big gulp of water and swallow that shit whole, it slides right down. you can eat a whole bowl of of oatmeal and two cans of tuna like this in like 6-7 mins. i do it all the time.

I had some strawberry protein powder I couldn't stand to drink anymore. I justthrow a scoop in with some plain oatmeal
 
1 cup steel cut oats
3-4 cups water (i don't measure all that much)
boil....

once done I add dried berries of some sort, cinn/nutmeg, and some splenda or honey.
 
im simple

1/2 cup oats with water ..i just do it by eye. 2 minutes in micro to soften the oats up, I dont really care how hot it is. then I throw a packet of splenda and 2 ice cubs and pound that crap down.

pound as in drink?
 
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 eggwhites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 banana sliced

mix everything together,but banana.pour into pan.once everything is in the pan add banana.cook for a few min then flip.
i make this at night and bring it to work the nextday.not to bad cold.try not to add to much oatmeal it can get very dry.

i blend up 1 1/2 cups of oats
put it in a shaker
1 scoop of whey choco
mix
drink
or sometimes no whey and just down the oats
you get used to the non taste and shit texture
 
i blend 2 cups 2x a day in my blender for 2 minutes with 2-3 scoops protien powder...oatmeal per 1/2 cups has like 5-10 gram protien to...thats best way it makes it liquid...i do veggies same way-
