What is your next meal?

I've got foreman grilled ground turkey breast mixed in with Hormel fat free turkey chili(no beans). Threw some oregano, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese in there. Also two slices of whole wheat bread and milk. That is the next three meals for me.

Someone say pizza.

My next meal is goin to be 2 chicken breasts with either rice or pasta.. that is post workout.
 
lol ssme, i was thinking, aint nobody gonna be eating the same thing I am, especially since it was turkey chili(no beans as well), how odd good sir, i say how odd

but I am putting a bunch of sour cream and cheese on it, and instead of bread ima have doritos

lol. i would take some doritos over some boring wheat bread. what are you washing all that down with?

how far away is it? are there still japanese locked up in it? you should document it like that Russian girl on the Ninja. instead of geiger counter you could have like a Jap counter and you could show it going nuts and be like, we're pretty sure we've found a hotspot.

reminds me of chili-mac- without the mac...

I am going to have a preworkout giant bowl of cream of wheat, with 4 hardboild eggs and some oj/cranaberry juice...

Then after working out I am going to grill up a 5 lb london broil (which I will probably eat half of in one sitting) and asparagus, and a little mashed potatoes...

I just had toppers pizza,didnt want it but my damn family bought it and I was tempted,next however is back to tuna,eggs and oatmeal

Last time I got a 3+lber and I almost ate the whole thing, so I got a bigger on and I think I will try to hold back some this time... that is what the potatoes are for-to take up space...
 
No carbs for me, so my next meal (like all my meals) will be part meat and part grease. happy happy joy joy

trying to decide where to go now.

craving chicken wings, also want a steak or some sort of seafood arrangement. I was in Carmel CA this weekend and ate like a freakin king, not ready to stop.

Weekend away, went to SF and then drove down to Big Sur, spent two nights in Carmel too.
 
was gonna have some nice grilled cheese, but 50g casien, 50g whey, and 150g oats in a blender with water will have to make do : (
 
currently tuna, bowl o' oats, and a piece of fatty pie...next 1/2 lb sirlion, oats, and fruit and veggies...

mmmm...those are good. I used to take the cheese out of the kraft macaroni box and mix it up with those things...tasty, but terrible for you.
