What is your goal???

My goal is 300 pounds at about 12-13% body fat... Im not looking for the abs just be really big... and then Maintain at 300.. I would like to hear your other's goals...

220 pounds and be lean, NATURALLY. (My math teacher was 220 pounds and lean when he was graduating from university. So it is possible for me... Maybe longer, but still)


Possibly 240 pounds at 3% bodyfat using steroids (if I decide to do them) and keep gains.

For 5'8 thats nice...


Howeever I WISH I COULD BE 300 pounds at 3% bodyfat.

Well last year when I first started with AS my goal wat to go from 160 to 170. After an incomplete cycle due to an injury and then an awesome cycle of prop and fina I was at 175 with less than 8%BF. Now I am hooked.
I don't really know when I'll stop just as long as I still enjoy Life.

Hah, I wanna be a modest 190lbs but lean, say 7-8%bf. I am 195 now but not lean, say 15-18% bf. I may not be too far off, and when I make my goal, I may want to bulk some more who knows.
 
I am 5'7",190 LBS,17 inch arms.My short term goal is to weigh 215LBS,and 18" arms.Hopefully I can reach that goal after my next cycle,wich I will be starting in a few weeks.I am not sure what my long term goal is,I think I will be happy once I hit my limit.
 
I'm 6'4" 250-255 pounds at 9% bodyfat,right now. I haven't juiced yet,but will do so in the future. I want to be 275-280 pounds at 7-9% bodyfat. I believe it's attainable.-THE PROTOTYPE
 
Im 5'10" 190-195 now, with 9.5% bodyfat.

In one years time (after 2 more cycles), I want to be:

5'10" 220, with 7-8% bodyfat.

Its not going to be easy, but its something to work for.

I'm 5'8 190lbs @ 12% body fat, just coming off a eq/sust cycle and lost about 10lbs, but my gains have stayed the same actually I put on 5 lbs on my bench after beign a week off the juice
 
Im 5'8, 165 with about 13% bodyfat right now.

My goal is to be 190 with about 9% bodyfat...not as big as all you dudes wanna be, but this is my personal goal;)
 
My goals increase each time I reach the previous goal I set. I started off only wanting to get up to 200lbs. What a joke. Now I'm aiming for around 250-260...
 
5'6 188 11% bf like to hit 190at 7-8% I am fairly close

Same as it has been since I was a youngster, I wanna be 300# and around 8% BF. I am 6'4 so I definately will make it sometime in the next two years. Not going to do anything crazy to get there, I have been working towards this goal for years so I can wait for it. Need about another 30-35lbs but the gains are harder to come by the closer I get.
 
I'm 6'0" and I'd like to keep my weight at 175 - 180, my bodyfat down to 4.0%, and my lifts to 300 (bench), 400 (squat), 275 (power clean) by the end of this summer. Right now I think I'm at about 170, 5.2%, 275, 350, 230. So I've got my work cut out for me!;)
 
I'm a 18 yr old female and I've been lifting for a year now. The small muscle gains that I've made has kept me going.

BUT I have no real goal( bad ehh..). I love lifting. Don't know what I would do without it.:p
 
The perfect ME:

5'9", 185lbs, 8% BF. Got the height and weight part down, but the BF% is a soft, blubbery, disgusting 20%. I have my work cut out for me. Next cycle: Primo/EQ/T3/Clen/ECA. Hopefully this'll help some ;) ...
 
205-210 and 5-9% bodyfat.right now im about 195 and bodyfat getting lower by the day. height is 5-6.i probably could have made it there but stopped my bulking cycle early because of the nice weather and i was getting too lazy at 210
 
Right now I'm About 6"1 225lbs at around 11 to 12 %bf. I'm looking to get up to around 245 or 250 in my next cycle and get my bf to around 8 or 9 %. That would be good enough for me at least for now.
