Fuck Yeah! Lamb of God is the shit. Best shit ever to pump to. I also like some Clutch, you should really check out ZAO if you like hardcore. And recently discovered a group called NASUM and they are fucking great. I mostly listen to metal and hardcore, but hip-hop is best for cardio.

If your into Hip Hop get Young Jeezys last album Thug Motivation 101 best hard Core rap CD ever I have been listening to this cd for a year and I still get sooo HYPE evertime I here it ! I also like Dipset, The Diplomats " Get Crunk Musik , Jim Jones " Pin the tail on the Donkey" Lil Wayne, lil John. All that Crunk, Hyphy, Gangsta Shit.
I do also rock out to old metallica and alot of progressive house ( pop some X and roll your balls off kinda music ) Its the best for cardio. But on the real Check out Young Jeezy his new cd is good but the last one is literally the best Hard Core shit I have ever heard. Holla
