Definately tren, all the gains as test without the side effects.

I thought tren was much worse for you in the long run. Hard on the kidneys. Definitely not something you could take as HRT.

I've answered this poll like 257 times before but anyway, here we go again. Anavar. Good strenght, quality muscle and sidees free. Primo comes second.

Var kills HDL. destroyed HDL levels leaving you with PERMANENTLY added sludge in your arteries. do this often enuf, and you'll need your angioplasty or open heart surgery, or have your heart attack in your 30's or early 40's. Just ask arnold or the mentzer brothers or the many dead WWF wrestlers in their 30's.

far worse than bloating & hair loss & temporary elevated liver enzymes everyone obsesses on.

The sludge isnt permanent. You can clear it out with some medications. My doc said I had some streaking and gave me some crestor. Said it would take care of it. And that I needed to clean up diet.

1) read this re Crestor making the Worst Drugs List: (kidney, liver & muscle probs)
http://www.worstpills.org/public/crestor.cfm

2) more to the point, your doc didnt 'splain things good. if it was that easy to clear up accumulated artery plaque by popping a pill, there'd be no need for all the angioplasty's & bypasses.

The only way to acheive some reduction in existing plaque is by increasing HDL (not lowering ldl which will only serve to reduce further damage). most statins, including crestor, work fine at reducing ldl, but do little or nothing to raise hdl. (search out elite on policosanol, olive oil, inositol hexanicotinate or noflush niacin for help in raising hdl)

check this: http://heartdisease.about.com/cs/coronarydisease/a/plaquebuster.htm

bottom line, muddying up your arteries and setting yurself up for problems later in life (as in your 30's & 40's) is easy. getting rid of the sludge is another story.

Can you elaborate on this "sludge" problem we are talking about from var? I havent heard of this before. Is this something from var only, or all orals?

I think tren may be overrated. Well atleast for mass, its too popular on the boards to get a decent opinion I think. Then again it could just be me, but I have heard this from many...

"sludge" is just slang for artery plaque; the accumulated cholesterol based deposits lining the walls of the arteries that eventually leads to blockages and then agina, heart attacks, etc. one part of cardiovascular disease. the diameter of the pipe gets smaller & smaller till blood can't get tru & poof you get your heart attack.

HDL helps carry away the bad cholesterol (ldl) that forms these plaques.
var & many other orals (as well as non-aromatizing injectables) greatly lower HDL while on & for a time afterwards. During this HDL-impaired time, you are greatly accelerating your cardiovascular age, as you pile on the plaque. this is why so many BB wrestlers etc drop dead at a youing age of heart attacks, and/or end up as bypass patients.

the worst that i know of would be var, anadrol, winny, masteron, proviron (notice they have 1 thing in common- no estrogen. estrogen helps keep hdl levels up, & is the reason women have virtual immunity from heart disease untill menopause).

when i do var, i can easily get down to 9 HDL where low end of normal is 40-something. low HDL is considered an important independent risk factor for heart attack.

you can of course mitigate the risks with low animal fat diet (so less raw material for ldl & plaque) and diet high in fiber (or psyllium seed husk like metamucil), nuts & olive oil (which actually work to raise hdl), aerobic excercize, supplements like policosanol, noflush niacin.

So stacking aromatising with non aromatising steroids would bring things to an equilibrium ? Or maybe taking weak estrogens like clomid or nolvadex ?

if i recall, aromasin is the only anti-e that improves the lipid profile, the others hurt it.

as to adding aromatizing stuff, I guess if its replacing non-a gear then yes comparatively speaking, but all AAS have a rep for deteriorating hdl/ldl numbers, its just of question of which is worse.

I WISH ONE OF THE DOCS WOULD CHIME IN.....
