I think it depends largely on what you are using.

For heavier cycles, something like Arimidex or Aromasin is probably a good idea.

But I think Nolvadex is a good all-rounder.

As I learned on here..... the use of A-dex (my choice) supposedly does not work for some AS.... suck as Finasteride doesn't work while on tren...deca..... If I got it correct...
