i seemed to be forgetting to drink water here lately.....like going hours without even thinking of water.....then i'll remember and just drink b/c i know i'm suppose to.....but no water cravings at all like the first 4 weeks of cycle

I don't mean this in a derogatory way, but maybe your already well hydrated since your not craving any water. Does it appear your holding alot of water?

actually i think you are right.....i have felt bloated......took a few days off aifm too....can't do too much of it or i break out.....took 2 sprays this morning and starting to piss a lot esp. since starting my workout the last hour

i think this deca is bloating the shiz outta me.....probably need some letro or adex

seriously try the letro frist, and dont use nolva and letro at the same time

No don't use nolva with deca. Nolva increases progesterone expression so your problem could get worse. If it's Deca that bloats you then the AI's may not help you.
