Tell ya what Boardin ... go to bed, and set your alarm clock for two and a half hours from when you go to bed ... when your alarm clock wakes you up, get up, take a walk around the house, whatever, just make sure you stay up for at least 30 minutes, then before you go back to bed set your alarm clock for two and a half hours later. Repeat until it's time to go to work
